WebMy suggestion would be to keep at least 1 or 2 tanks on each output and place chemical plants for converting down from heavy to light to petrol, but be prepared to connect/disconnect these chemical plants. Monitor the tanks periodically. Ideally, all tanks would fill to max; you have more production than demand.
