WebFeb 12, 2016 · All of a sudden, I can't initiate any dialogue with 2 of my 5 Sanctuary settlers that I set up with stores. I can talk to the 3 other setter/vendors in Sanctuary, and I haven't run into any other vendors (including my other settlement vendors), or any other NPCs for that matter, that do this.
