WebGuild Wars 2 uses a Megaserver system. In PvE all NA servers will play together and all EU servers play together. Your home server only matters for World vs World (semi open world pvp mode), but even that is supposed to change when the Alliance system releases. The economy is global though, so you can trade between NA and EU.
