In tutorial - Ethiopia has been defeated in Tutorial Step 10, but still can't move to Step 11 - as the "Battle Plan" is not executed. How to execute it still … WebThe problem with HOI4 is that you basically need to know everything before you can have a good game, for instance I had a hard time understanding air combat (even though it's quite easy) and it ruined my first game.
