You can use a fair sized turbo, (One that is optimized for 3.0 to 4.0 liters works really well for a 2.0L cobalt SS) look up what size would work for yours. Then a roots style blower.

Bear in mind, this just means the turbo system utilizes two different power sources, it's not "two turbos" as some people seem to think. It is still just a turbo.
